A massive THANK YOU to our amazing Yoga Goddess @kajayoga for spoiling us all in our Spring Yin “Peace Within” Workshop this morning. We all experienced Reiki, Santo Palo Cleansing, Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, Guided Meditation, Chakra Alignment, Yoga Nidra and to end it all.. Cutting the ties of what no longer serves us 🙌
What an AWESOME 2 hour session of pure love and goodness! 💫
